REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma in Management / Administration or any related field.
  • Active in co-curricular activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Planning of annual programs and activities for strengthening student discipline.
  • Monitor issues that related of students discipline.
  • Collect and record cases of student problem at college.
  • Take action on student discipline issues.
  • Prepare report on student discipline.
  • Become a member of the Ranaco Disciplinary Committee.
  • Responsible to inform about college regulation to all students through any suitable methods.
  • Ensure that students comply with discipline and ethics of use in college.
  • Responsible for uplifting memos all information notification to students.
  • Manage student group insurance schemes for cases accident / death.
  • Provide letter of insurance for students who will ongoing practical learning.
  • Responsible for ensuring the student affairs unit files well-recorded and always up-to-date.
  • Manage all documentation regarding Curriculum subject.
  • Manage the process of recording assets under office of Student Affairs and Counselling.
  • To provide support for the students in case of emergency.
  • Perform tasks as directed by Head of Department, Deputy Principle and Principle.
