Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories across the APAC region.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze spend data to drive strategic decision-making and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the development of junior team members in procurement best practices.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Strategic Indirect Procurement Business Partner (APAC) should have :

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in procurement and category management within the life science industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting procurement data.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
