Role Description – Sales Engineer (Full-Time, Johor)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer support to both local and international clients.

You will play a key role in driving business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the highest level of service excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work with world-class clients and gain exposure to international projects across multiple regions .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop customer accounts while building long-term relationships.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide technical solutions, and prepare proposals.
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual abilities are an advantage).
  • Responsible, committed, and eager to learn.
  • Relevant sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for technical sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or oil & gas industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
