Overview

The UI / UX Webmaster will be responsible for managing and optimising the brand’s website to deliver a seamless user experience. This role involves developing landing pages, improving site performance, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, creating EDMs, and analysing website data to drive higher engagement, lower bounce rates, and increased conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and maintain landing pages & site content
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and product launches
  • Improve site performance in terms of UI / UX & technical SEO
  • Plan and develop EDM (Email Direct Marketing)
  • Set up and maintain analytics, tags & third-party integrations
  • Ensure UI consistency and optimise forms / checkout
  • Understand and analyse performance reports to be shared across departments

Requirements

Bachelor's Desgree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science or any related field

2-5 years of experience in UI / UX design and web management

Experience working with e-commerce platforms (especially in fashion / apparel industry)

Ability to design user-centered experiences based on research and data

Understanding of consumer shopping behavior in fashion e-commerce

Technical Skills Required

  • Liquid (Shopify) – for theme customisation and template editing.
  • UI mockup tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Canva – for quick design and EDM visuals.
  • Web performance optimisation (Lighthouse, GTMetrix).
  • SEO (technical and on-page optimisation).
  • A / B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).

    • Soft & Functional Skills Required

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Attention to detail in branding, layout, and functionality.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and developers.
  • Analytical thinking for data-driven decisions.
  • Project management with strict timelines.
