Project Manager / Site Engineer (M&E)

What We’re Looking For

Able to work independently, lead and manage E&M projects from start to finish – on time, within budget, and up to standard.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth execution.

Oversee site works, testing & commissioning, and project documentation.

Monitor safety, compliance, and quality at every stage.

Build strong client relationships and support future business opportunities.

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.

4-6 years of experience in M&E project management / engineering (construction, building services, or industrial facilities).

Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, or similar scopes.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and site challenges independently.

CIDB Green Card required; professional registration (Ir / PE) is an advantage.
