About The Role

This role is with our AIA Pension and Asset Management team to help support the collaboration with Strategic Distribution - Agency Cross Sell Team and Strategic Business Planning Team.

Assist strategic-related business functions (recruitment, campaigns formulation and sign-off, and agreements).

Assist in development of propositions and features, marketing materials, social media campaign.

Assist Expense management to enhance financial discipline and compliance adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Roles And Responsibilities

Support in driving AUM growth and Sales Growth.

Strategic Alliances & Corporate Sales.

• Corporate Client Engagement : Assist in the preparation and maintenance of PRS corporate vesting and private mandate documentation for companies contributing on behalf of employees.
• Sales Enablement : Support onboarding and servicing of corporate clients, including preparation of tailored marketing collaterals.
• Client Relationship Management : Maintain records and reports for corporate clients, ensuring smooth operational support and timely follow-ups.
• Documentation & Compliance : Ensure all corporate sales activities and documentation are aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Digital Distribution Channel Support.

Expense Management & Compliance Adherence.
