About the role

Setia Awan Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager (Property) to be based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our diverse property portfolio and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for all company projects nationwide.
Collaborate with sales and project teams on pricing, branding, and campaign development.
Develop and manage marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, videos, and digital assets.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to guide marketing direction.
Monitor and report quarterly 7F and 7E submissions to KPKT.
Oversee APDL applications and licensing for advertising and developer permits.

Advertising & Promotions

Recommend and manage marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and media placements.

Drive customer engagement through value-added proposals and on-ground events.

Track and evaluate the success of campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.

Support project launches with tailored promotional strategies and timely updates.

Budget & Cost Control

Plan and manage the annual marketing budget at the group and project levels.

Identify cost-efficient marketing methods and oversee budget tracking.

Job Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 8 years' experience in property marketing or development.

Strong understanding of local market trends and property buyer behavior.

Excellent leadership, planning, and execution capabilities.

Proactive, independent, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
