This role is for a visual thinker who doesn't just design — but shapes and leads a brand's
aesthetic. From retail posters to social media visuals, campaigns to web banners, you'll
ensure our visual identity stays polished, elevated, and emotionally resonant.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all visual direction across platforms : retail, digital, campaigns, packaging
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and founders to bring concepts to life
- Translate campaign themes into key visuals with storytelling & emotional impact
- Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines
- Design templates and streamline design system for consistency
Requirements :
3–5 years of brand design experience (fashion / lifestyle / consumer brand)Strong sense of visual rhythm, layout, typography, and toneHigh execution level — fast yet refined outputMature design judgment, proactive in leading visual consistencyAdobe Suite + Canva or Figma experience
