Dispatch Coordination : Prepare and organize outgoing deliveries of car batteries, ensuring accuracy in items, packaging, and documentation.
Route Planning : Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective dispatch of goods.
Battery Installation : Install car batteries at customer locations or in-store, ensuring correct fitment and safety protocols are followed.
Customer Interaction : Provide polite and professional service during deliveries and installations; address basic customer queries regarding battery use and maintenance.
Vehicle Maintenance : Ensure company delivery vehicle is well-maintained, fueled, and complies with safety standards.
Inventory Handling : Assist in stock checks, receive incoming shipments, and ensure proper storage of car batteries.
Documentation : Complete delivery notes, installation reports, and update internal systems with job completion status.
Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot minor issues during installation or delivery (e.g., terminal cleaning, connector issues).
Team Support : Support warehouse and technical team with additional duties as required, including assisting in workshop or customer service when available.
