Business Development Executive - IT Software
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong passion for B2B sales in the IT software industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving growth through consultative software solution selling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients across various industries
- Identify key decision-makers and establish strong professional relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and product presentations to generate qualified leads
- Understand clients’ business challenges and propose suitable software solutions that meet their needs
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to craft proposals and deliver tailored presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in software, SaaS, or IT solutionsProven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accountsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf‑motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyPosition Type : Full-time | Seniority Level : Mid‑Senior level
