Overview
We are seeking a strategic and client-focused candidate to lead the development, management, and growth of the Bank’s business credit and debit card products. The candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, overseeing the product lifecycle, and working cross-functionally to deliver innovative card products, solutions and campaigns to meet the needs of our business clients. Additionally, the candidate will drive systems, process, and operations enhancements to ensure seamless product delivery and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the business cards portfolio.
- Lead product development, management and innovation to meet the evolving payment and financing needs of the Bank’s business banking clients.
- Own and optimize the P&L of the business cards portfolio, including cards usage, balances, profitability and credit risk-rewards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Credit Risk, IT, and System teams to drive product development, launch initiatives, and enhancements.
- Lead initiatives to optimize systems, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiencies related to card products.
- Continuous monitoring of product P&L, performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to innovate and refine the product suite.
- Ensure compliance with BNM regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience in credit and debit card product management (preferably business cards, payments or business banking).Proven track record in managing cards P&L, product analysis and strategy, and delivering acquisition and revenue growth.Strong understanding of business credit and debit cards, business banking credit risk frameworks and ecosystems, and market and client trends.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Highly results-driven and skilled in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.Seniority level
