Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu and others
- Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote brand, products and services
- Plan and optimise ads for always-on campaigns
- Ensure current social media strategy aligns with brand goals and values
- Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs
- Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the brand can best participate
- Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts
- Moderate user-generated content for appropriateness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Create monthly editorial calendars and schedule content
- Prepare monthly reports and recommendations
Qualifications
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldProven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, including experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and othersKnowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Google AnalyticsExperience with HootSuite, or similar social media management toolsStrong creative mindsetSuperb organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written communication and copywriting skillsKnowledge of multiple online marketing channels
