Join Aramex as our next Commercial Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for driving business growth? At Aramex Malaysia, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement across our express and freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities Include :

1. Commercial Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute effective commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic direction.

2. Sales & Revenue Performance

  • Lead the sales function to achieve country revenue targets and margin growth.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling across customer portfolios and vertical markets.
  • Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and profitability management.
  • 3. Customer Relationship & Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic business discussions with customers.
  • 4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and guide the commercial and sales teams to deliver results.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, customer service, and regional stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • 5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze commercial KPIs, customer data, and revenue performance.
  • Prepare commercial forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Provide insights to senior management for decision-making and business planning.
  • 6. Risk & Opportunity Management

  • Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Capitalize on business trends and market gaps to create a competitive edge.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in commercial, business development, or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, key account management, and commercial planning.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and market insight capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Logistics, express, or freight industry experience preferred.
