A well-known hospitality group based near KLCC is looking for a Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs to be part of its fine dining brand. This brand is an award winning restaurant that delivers exceptional services and exceeding guest expectations. The candidate will work closely with owners to deliver financial success and a high-quality dining experience that meets guests' expectations. Salary negotiation will depends on the candidates level of experience.
Main responsibilities are :
- Support the Sous Chef or the Chef de Partie in always ensuring smooth operation of kitchen and prompt service.
- Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors and use all equipment, tools and machines appropriately and assist in inventory taking.
- Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, seasonings, and portion sizes accurately and waste control.
- Washes, chops, and cuts the ingredients.
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the restaurant's SOP
- Ensure kitchen is always clean and orderly with a maintenance schedule.
- Always maintain a professional and positive attitude towards team member and supervisor.
- Provide other kitchen services require by operations from time to time
Qualifications :
