To perform administrative work and office support for outlet head.To prepare reports, ensure other related administrative matters are in place.Effective follow- through to ensure all documents are up tp date.To assist operations, documentation support, filing and records are in order.To perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, etc.Handle daily cash collection, credit card, and online transactions.Issue official receipts for all payments received.Ensure accuracy in recording transactions and balancing daily collections.Prepare daily cash reports and submit to the Accounts / Finance Department.Safeguard company funds and maintain proper documentation of all transactions.Assist in bank-in transactions and petty cash management.To perform any other related work as assigned from time to time by superior.Requirements :
- Have diploma or degree in related field
- At least 2 years working experience in related field, those from Automotive background are preferred.
- Must know computer literacy
- Willing to learn and hardworking
- Must willing to work at Kulim
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE FIELD
