About the Job

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the daily operations and performance of one of our outlets in Malaysia. In this role, you’ll take charge of ensuring smooth store operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving team and business growth. You’ll oversee everything from staff management and food quality to financial performance and customer satisfaction—while inspiring your team to give their best every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise your team — including crew, supervisors, and part-timers; handle recruitment, training, and coaching to build strong performance.
• Ensure smooth daily operations — covering sales, customer service, cleanliness, food quality, and hygiene in line with Malaysia’s standards and company SOPs.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling — create efficient rosters, monitor attendance, and balance manpower costs.
• Oversee inventory and cash flow — manage stock ordering, usage, and daily cash handling with accurate records.
• Drive outlet performance — control COGS, labor costs, and wastage while achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Handle customer experience — respond to feedback and complaints with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report to Area Manager / Operations Head — provide timely updates on sales, costs, and overall store performance, and support local marketing or promotional activities.
