Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Oversee financial risk management and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for key decision-making.
  • Manage and develop the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures to maintain financial stability.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within the finance department.

    A successful Finance Director should have :

  • A professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
