Certificate or Diploma holder or any related field with a minimum of 2-3 years in administration. Preferably in heavy equipment, automotive or industrial sector. Experience in handling job documentation, billing process, PO / PR etc. Possess good interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude. Fluent in spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu. Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, tenders, and contracts related services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer inquiries, and order status in CRM / ERP systems.
- Support the sales team with product information, technical specifications, and brochures.
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on pending orders, parts, or service requests.
- Act as a communication link between customers and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain updated sales collateral and documentation library.
Qualifications
