About the role

SOONHUP LICHENG SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account (Full set) to join our dynamic finance team in Senai, Johor. As a Senior Account (Full set), you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate reporting. This is a full‑time position, offering opportunities for professional growth and development within our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing full set of accounts, including monthly and annual financial statements
• Reconciling bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Maintaining and updating the general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory records
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis
• Liaising with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Providing support and guidance to junior accounting staff members
• Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices
• Preparing monthly costing analysis and forecast analysis to project cash flow
