Problem‑solving attitude, ability to manage tasks with high complexity and tight deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and adapt to rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.

Job Description
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
- Prepare actual vs. target analysis on a regular basis.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, including planning, spending, report generation, and other tasks.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and cost control for headcount, OPEX & CAPEX.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial support and analysis for business decisions.
- Participate in the development of financial procedures and controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
- Support other ad‑hoc projects, reporting, and financial analysis.
