MEP Project Manager

Overview

A leading project management consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale data center project in Johor. The role requires proven expertise in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for mission-critical facilities, with responsibility for coordination, scheduling, quality, and stakeholder management throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (mandatory)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP project management, ideally within data centers or complex infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, design management, and contractor coordination
• Ability to relocate to Johor for the contract duration
