To head the Finance Department (upon retirement of Account Manager), provide strategic leadership and overall supervision and solution and be in charge of all Finance and Accounts related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling reports, and analysing industry trends.
- Oversee the operations and development of the finance department, including budgeting, policy creation, and regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
- Advise executive management on financial decisions and strategies.
- Manage the documentation of the Firm’s financial status and forecasts.
