Overview

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director. If you are organized, good at multitasking, and can communicate well in Mandarin & English, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Accompany the MD for business meetings, appointments & events.
  • Manage schedules, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Liaise with departments, clients & agencies on behalf of MD.
  • Prepare meeting notes, reports & documents.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Admin, ACCA, or related field.
  • Good in communication and coordination.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willing to travel & attend meetings when needed.
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin & English.
