About The Job

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. You'll play a key role in crafting content, engaging with followers, and building our brand image to attract clients and create a strong digital identity while maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to optimize strategy.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and DMs professionally and on time.
  • Align design to campaigns with promotions or events.
  • Track and report on content performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
  • Analyse social media performance and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with influencers, media partners, or collaborators where needed.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met consistently.
  • Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and viral formats.

Requirements

  • At least 3 year experience in social media management / content creator or related field. Xiaohongshu and TikTok experience is a plus. Fresh graduates with a portfolio / case examples are welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and other major social platforms.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal brand or business pages).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Malay (both written and verbal), language ability in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to shoot and edit video contents with professional tools and software (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Prior experience in Jewelleries or retail social media is a plus.
