Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Automotive Digital Cockpit testing team to ensure smooth project execution; allocate tasks and monitor progress.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and schedules based on requirements and system design specifications.
- Guide team members in problem analysis and resolution to ensure quality and timelines are met.
- Prepare regular progress and result reports for internal management and client presentations.
- Continuously optimize testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and capability.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
