Atlas Copco Portable Power & Light is looking for a Product Sales Engineer to help drive our ambitious growth strategy and capture the full market potential in Malaysia and Singapore.

Key Areas of Contribution for Success :
Understand customer challenges, build strong relationships, and provide expert product knowledge to effectively present solutions that meet client needs and drive sales performance.
Execute the sales development plan by promoting and selling generators, light towers, and energy storage systems. Communicate product features and benefits clearly—even to non-technical stakeholders—to support informed decision-making.
Serve as a technical consultant, translating customer requirements into tailored technical solutions. Develop demonstrations, support trials, and work closely with product management and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales delivery.
Act as the go-to technical resource for dealers and end-users, addressing inquiries, offering technical advice, and showcasing product capabilities through hands-on demonstrations and application support.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, service) to contribute to strategy development, sales planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead the handling and closure of large-scale opportunities and key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
Provide dedicated support to key dealer accounts, helping them grow their business through technical guidance, training, and strategic alignment.
Identify and pursue high-potential end-users within the assigned territory, in line with Atlas Copco Power and Light segment focus and market strategy.

What We Expect for Your Success
To thrive in this role and make a strong impact, we're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years' experience in promoting and selling construction or industrial equipment. Direct knowledge and hands-on experience with portable generators, light towers, or battery energy storage systems is a strong advantage.
At least 3 years of experience working with customers across sectors such as construction, mining, utilities, oil & gas, rental, or other industrial segments with similar equipment applications.
Ability to quickly learn and apply relevant IT tools to enhance sales and reporting effectiveness, including :
