Job Description

• Lead end-to-end data center projects from concept to handover.
• Define scope, goals, and success criteria aligned with business needs.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across teams and vendors.
• Ensure technical designs meet performance and compliance standards.
• Oversee feasibility studies and design validation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage vendor contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical infrastructure components.
• Supervise construction, ensuring safety, quality, and progress tracking.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of systems for operational readiness.
• Manage FAT, SAT, system start-up, and final handover.
• Provide post-construction support and issue resolution.
• Lead the end-to-end procurement process in collaboration with the commercial and contracts team.
• Prepare procurement schedules, bid documentation, scopes of work, and evaluation criteria for subcontract packages.
• Coordinate tender reviews, commercial clarifications, and recommendation reports for client or internal approval.
• Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements, ensuring alignment with main contract terms, project budget, and risk allocation.
• Drive early procurement of long-lead items to meet critical path milestones.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor performance throughout the project lifecycle, including claims mitigation and variation management.
