Head of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive growth in the industrial digitalization space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B industrial software sales, especially in ERP, MES, MOM, IoT, SCADA, or CRM, within sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, F&B, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with product teams on go-to-market plans.
• Lead the full sales cycle : prospecting, solution selling, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and C-level stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop and manage channel partnerships to expand market reach.
• Represent the company at industry events to build brand presence.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
• Implement best practices in sales processes, training, and performance tracking.
