Who are we searching for?
We are looking for a hands-on FP&A Team Lead who’s great with both people and numbers. You’ll manage a team, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure every project runs smoothly. If you’re someone who takes ownership, enjoys leading others, and can balance the big picture with the details, let’s talk!
What are your responsibilities?
1. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 FP&A specialists
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance, and development of your team
- Run 1 : 1s, training sessions, and feedback loops
2. Client & Project Oversight
Manage up to 40 client projects and ensure high-quality deliveryBuild strong relationships with founders and CFOs3. Product & Process Improvement
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on features and service enhancementsBring customer feedback and financial expertise to help us improve the product4. Reporting
Track team performance and prepare reports for leadershipWhat are the preferred requirements for the role?
7+ years of experience in finance with at least 2 years as a Head of Finance / CFO / VP of FinanceEnglish at C1 levelBasic understanding of accounting principlesStrong knowledge of financial & CRM software and tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)Strong understanding of financial management , budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis conceptsExperience in managing teams with >5 subordinates
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong multitasking, self-management, and prioritization skillsProactive rather than reactive approach (you easily approach customers to solve problems they don’t even know they have yet)Customer-centric mindsetAbility to work according to the EST time zoneWill be a plus :
