Isella Sofa Design Sdn Bhd, a leading furniture manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QAQC Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in Semenyih, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our product line. What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control systems to monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues. Documenting and reporting on quality control data, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to improve processes. Collaborating with production teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices. Ensuring the company's quality standards and compliance with relevant industry regulations and customer requirements. Training and mentoring production staff on quality control procedures and techniques. What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and techniques. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and product samples. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify root causes of quality issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. Relevant qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field would be an advantage.
