Overview
- Senior commercial role, accountable for a portfolio of existing accounts and new business development across engine MROs, airlines, brokers, and OEMs.
- Act as the regional business development expert for parts and repair services, interfacing with customers and internal teams to retain and grow revenue.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily customer relationships, maintain account health, and drive order activity.Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities in the region.Coordinate technical interfaces between customers and operations when technical service is required.Produce 1-5 year customer forecasts, and recommend inventory sourcing for customer orders.Monitor repair-shop performance against customer schedules, and elevate / resolve issues.Support collections and commercial contract execution.Contribute to sales strategy and regional growth plans, and collaborate with customer service and operations.Promote a culture focused on cost, quality, process, schedule, and people, and uphold safety and environmental standards.Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent plus 4+ years of relevant experience.Minimum 5 years commercial, sales, or marketing experience in an aerospace MRO environment.Ability to work on programs subject to export control regulations (ITAR / EAR) as required.Willingness to travel frequently across the region, estimated up to 50%.Prior experience in aerospace parts sales or repair business.Proven track record opening and growing accounts in engine MRO, airlines, or OEMs.Fluency in English, additional languages an advantage.How to apply
