Senior Financial Analyst, U.S Regulatory Reporting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee testing activities with controls testing teams, ensuring that control testing related to regulatory and financial is properly executed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to reporting to entities such as the FRB, OCC, and FINRA.
• Evaluate the design and operations effectiveness of controls related to regulatory and financial submissions, identifying gaps or deficiencies.
• Assist with the development of monthly Errors and Issue Management reporting to senior management as well as ad-hoc presentations for management, formal reviews, and miscellaneous requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regulatory reporting, front office teams on issues raised by quality assurance team.
• Execute testing artifacts such as testing process documents, raw data, testing results, stakeholder communication.
• Manage and report on work status, including escalating execution risks in a timely manner.
• Perform data analysis of large quantities of data, drawing conclusions and recommendations.
• Contribute to key strategic initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
