About the role

This is a full-time Purchase Admin Executive / Assistant position located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As part of the administration and office support team at MST Golf Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in supporting the purchasing and procurement functions of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchasing activities
  • Support the review and reconciliation of purchase invoices
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing and procurement teams as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a purchasing, procurement or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office productivity software such as MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
