Senior KOL Specialist

We are looking for a Senior KOL Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key driver of our influencer partnerships, managing end-to-end KOL collaborations to strengthen our brand presence in Taiwan & Hong Kong. You’ll be the first touchpoint for KOLs and their managers, and play a critical role in building long-term, impactful relationships with us.

What You’ll Do

• Source, approach, and negotiate with suitable KOLs or their managers to drive impactful brand collaborations.
• Prepare, review, and manage agreements / contracts with KOLs, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding.
• Act as the primary contact point for KOLs and their managers, managing communications before, during, and after collaborations.
• Work closely with the Marketing team, ensuring KOL activities align with brand direction, campaign objectives, and content quality.
• Build strong, sustainable relationships with KOLs to enhance long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on market trends in Taiwan and Hong Kong and the wider region to identify new collaboration opportunities.
