Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for generation of revenue and profit for long-term O&M contract.
- Contribute to developing policies, processes, and procedures to ensure relevant procedural / legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the Asset Management and Service organization, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards
- Ensure service team perform timely and efficient maintenance and troubleshooting activities for own or 3rd party customer asset.
- Responsible to technically and economically analyze and propose improvement projects (with or without Capex) to : i) maximize the production of each asset, ii) comply with guarantee availability of each asset, iii) improve the reliability of each asset, iv) apply innovation techniques and technologies for each asset
- Support and challenge O&M team to implement Maintenance Strategies and day to day Operations on sites. Outlining O&M scope of work, monitoring and validating O&M budgets, and defining boundaries between assets obligations and O&M responsibilities
- Responsible for the Operation Management of Solar and other Renewable and Energy Assets, including the Centralized Control Center
- Responsible to generate and continuously improve internal reporting process for Operation Performance KPIs
- Monitor and control financial budgets
- Review all SPV contracts for obligations SPV and other contract party respectively, including insurance
- Assistance in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions
- Negotiate and communicate with all parties in the process of acquiring or disposing of assets, ensuring the best possible agreements
- Overall management of energy sales
- Arrange and maintain accreditation of sites and eligibility for Feed In Tariffs (FIT), Net Energy Meter (NEM) or other programs
- Support finance department with analysis of P&L variance and CF Forecast and solar plants budget review.
Requirements
At least 5 years supporting or directing Energy Assets and Service, especially focused on renewables assets or facilities managementDegree in engineering or any other technical field. Additional education in finance or accounting preferredRelevant experience in an Operation and Maintenance Management positions in Renewable Generation assets will be a plusFinance knowledge, including superior analytical, research, and problem solving with a key attention to detailContract, warranties and claims managementFinancial Statement follow up, Cost control managementPreventive and predictive maintenance techniquesKnowledge of a multiple languages for our regional BUs is an added advantage (Bahasa Melayu, Indonesia, Mandarin)Overview
