LINE LEADER (MYNEWS KINEYA)

The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Line Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling internal and external customer satisfaction and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by superiors. Key responsibilities include : Directing and coordinating the Daily Job Assignment of the total production by assigned line. Ensuring all subordinates follow Daily Job Assignment. Ensuring all checklists and Critical Control Points (CCP) are recorded on time. Maintaining shop floor cleanliness and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Updating all checklists. Ensuring all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed. Requirements for the role include : Willingness to learn. Ability to work 6 days per week, morning / night shift. Fresh graduates from Diploma / Degree in Food Processing / Culinary / QA / QC are welcome to apply. The company offers a permanent, full-time position with a minimum education requirement of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent. The spoken and written languages required are Malay and English.
