Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Generate cash flow statements, balance sheets, and management reports. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Handle crypto transactions including token payments, revenue recognition, and conversion tracking. Reconcile multi-chain wallets and ensure accurate categorization of digital assets. Implement and optimize financial systems and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Generate cash flow statements, balance sheets, and management reports
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Handle crypto transactions including token payments, revenue recognition, and conversion tracking
  • Reconcile multi-chain wallets and ensure accurate categorization of digital assets
  • Implement and optimize financial systems and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA) or equivalent is an advantage
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting, fintech, crypto, or blockchain industry experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Experience with financial audits and regulatory reporting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
