Penerangan pekerjaanIdentify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Present, promote, and sell products / services across multiple revenue segments : Oil Palm (seeds, biocompost, EFB transport), Machinery (mechanical buffalo sales & maintenance), Landscape & Nursery (landscaping, grass, forestry), and Services (pest control, fire safety, OSH, events). Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. Achieve sales targets, including new customer acquisition, contract renewals, cross‑selling, and client retention. Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns. Handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and close deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports. Keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends. Cross‑sell and upsell across multiple revenue segments to maximize customer value. Participate in pricing strategy discussions and provide market intelligence to management. Provide feedback to R&D or product development teams on customer needs and new market opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in plantation, agriculture, machinery, or services industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, presentation, account management, and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Capability to multitask, analyze sales data, adapt to diverse customer needs, and close high‑value deals.
- Proactive, resilient, customer‑oriented, result‑driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Good physical stamina and willingness to travel frequently for client visits, fieldwork, and site inspections.
