Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities
- Lead requisition intake discussions with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements.
- Design sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling).
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.
Induction & Onboarding
Design and deliver the company’s Induction Day including agenda, run‑of‑show, speakers, and materials.Coordinate all pre‑boarding communications, ensuring clarity and warmth.Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities (townhalls, recognition cadence, culture events).Manage the quarterly Employee Communications & Engagement Calendar .Drive welcome posts, milestone posts, and internal recognition messages.Gather employee feedback and continuously refine engagement approaches.Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programs.Work with managers to identify training needs and ensure L&D alignment.Maintain training records, attendance tracking, and structured follow‑ups.Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.Communications Strategy
Draft and publish internal communications (HR updates, newsletters, announcements, milestone posts).Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging aligned with our values and culture.Partner with leaders to prepare communication narratives for key HR and organisational events.Technical Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.2–5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, people experience, or internal comms. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Experience running onboarding, engagement, or L&D programs is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capability.Creative, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on with events and engagement.Organized, able to multitask, and proactive in driving initiatives.Passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences.You will influence the full employee lifecycle from attraction to growth.Dynamic, supportive, and collaborative culture.Exposure to strategic HR, L&D, communication planning, and engagement programs.Opportunities for training and development.Seniority Level
