Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of junior and senior account executives, accountants, and other team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Manage client portfolios and resolve any escalations promptly.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee the execution of financial services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy, incorporating digital tools where applicable.
• Strategic Contribution : Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with the firm's objectives. Support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
