Job Description :
- Act as the main point of contact for clients requiring immigration support.
- Manage the end-to-end immigration process, including work authorisation and visa applications.
- Prepare and review immigration forms and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Interpret and apply immigration regulations to ensure client compliance and mitigate compliance risks.
- Advise clients on immigration procedures, timelines, and potential challenges.
- Submit required documentation to government agencies and relevant authorities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government officials, and internal teams to facilitate smooth processes.
- Collaborate with other network offices, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities to stay informed on evolving regulations.
- Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and regulatory changes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Work closely with other team members on immigration case management and relevant applications.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields.1-3 years of immigration experience preferably with an international professional firm required for associate level. Fresh graduates with strong interest in immigration can also be cosnidered.4-6 years of immigration experience required for senior associate level.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Resourceful with client focused mindset and a team player.Proficient with technology and use of technology applications are recommended.Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
