Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage real-time trading risk exposures across client accounts and instruments.
  • Operate and manage MT4 / MT5 Admin and Manager systems.
  • Detect abnormal trading patterns and escalate toxic flow or abusive behaviour.
  • Support execution quality, hedge flow, and exposure management.
  • Liaise with trading technology, liquidity providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily and ad-hoc risk reports, incident logs, and summaries.
  • Respond promptly to market events, volatility, and system issues during shift hours.
  • Contribute to process enhancements, automation, and risk management best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Dealing Desk, or Trading Desk roles within the FX / CFD industry.
  • Proficient in MT4 / MT5 Admin and Manager systems (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms, order flows, and financial markets.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Added advantage : experience with bridge systems (e.g., OneZero, PrimeXM) and coding / automation skills (Python, SQL, Excel VBA).
