Quantity Surveyor Intern - Tendering Support
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing tender documents including Bills of Quantities (BQ), pricing schedules and cost breakdowns
- Support cost estimation and procurement analysis
- Help compile and organize contract documentation for submission
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and correspondence
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
- Undertake other assigned tasks as required
