In this role you will lead digital product development, manage the analytics product lifecycle, and drive customer and commercial analysis. You’ll collaborate across teams (Commercial, IT, Data & Analytics) to shape product roadmaps, integrate data for actionable insights, and develop AI / ML models that optimize business operations.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Analytics Product Manager with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, data engineering, data science, and analytics to help drive our digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the FMCG / CPG industry and a deep understanding of algorithms, analytical modelling, APIs, and system integrations.
What you will be doing
- Perform Customer & Commercial Analysis & Discovery to understand the customer and market trends and pain points including current level of adoption.
- Collaborate and align with the Commercial & IT team, Data & Analytics, external partners to produce a common and agreed‑upon product roadmap that includes new features, CR’s, and any product enhancements.
- Digital Product Roadmap (Demand Capture Pillar). End‑to‑end management of platform features & processes from ideation to delivery for an ongoing business at scale. Manage the product roadmap for commercial analytics, including prioritisation of features, working with IT to detail user stories, and user testing.
- Strategise the product roadmap for Digital Capabilities (Demand Generation Pillar), including but not limited to sales & distribution analytics, Marketing Automation, Personalisation, Recommendation, Coupons, Promotions, Segmentation, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.
- Understand advanced practices of digital marketing, emerging customer data tools, personalisation tactics and how these translate into customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
- Define the long‑term vision for the products while driving day‑to‑day activities.
Build Data Analysis & Models
Enable the Data Science Ecosystem in Commercial.Build and manage a robust data science framework for commercial operations, ensuring seamless data ingestion, transformation and analysis.Develop RFM segmentation models to classify customers into actionable segments, leveraging recency, frequency and monetary data.Integrate external and internal data sources to create advanced segmentation strategies, identifying new growth opportunities.Establish end‑to‑end data pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability and maintainability of analytics workflows.Develop and deploy recommendation engines for eB2B platforms to personalise product suggestions and optimise assortment.Create AI / ML‑driven growth hacking models to predict demand, optimise pricing and improve sales performance.Design algorithms for customer segmentation, market opportunity identification and personalised campaign execution.Leverage Power BI and other visualisation tools to build interactive dashboards and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.Enable predictive and prescriptive analytics to support critical decision‑making, including demand forecasting, inventory planning and churn prevention.Collaborate with business teams to integrate data solutions into day‑to‑day operations and track measurable results.Key Projects and Deliverables
Recommendation Engines : Develop AI‑powered systems to optimise product recommendations and boost order conversions.AI / ML‑Based Growth Hacking Models : Create machine learning models to identify untapped revenue streams, improve sales forecasting and enhance operational efficiency.RFM Segmentation : Build advanced customer segmentation models using internal and external data for hyper‑targeted campaigns and strategic decision‑making.Power BI Dashboards : Design comprehensive dashboards to visualise KPIs, sales trends and predictive insights for commercial teams.New trends in digital & analytics products around the globe which can be adapted in analytics products in our market.Qualifications
Education : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field.Experience : More than 6 years of experience in Digital product management, data science & analytics development.Industry experience in FMCG, E‑Commerce or similar industry is an added advantage.Some of the competencies we are looking for
