Overview : We are seeking a dynamic, self-sufficient RICS-qualified Valuer to join our team and lead the growth of our valuation services in a developing market. The ideal candidate will be personable, entrepreneurial, and motivated by success, with the drive to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake property valuations in accordance with RICS standards.
- Develop and grow the firm’s valuation client base in a new and evolving market.
- Work independently and proactively to identify opportunities and win instructions.
- Support the wider team with selected property management assignments as needed.
- Deliver a high standard of professional advice and client service.
