Responsibilities
- Lead and develop category trade strategies to achieve defined business goals.
- Drive NPD with channel strategy in collaboration with marketing, developing launch deck, category selling story, 360 trade plan, product listing information, samples and exclusive activation.
- Lead efforts to leverage Brand Positioning and solidify the company's market position through our customers and their retail floors.
- Own the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and shopper engagement, in delivering sell‑out.
- Improve processes from planning to execution for marketing plans / activation to trade plan.
- Drive promotion effectiveness with ROI evaluation for customized plan / activation.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent.Strong consumer service, interpersonal and communication skills.Skills in brand and shopper marketing, understand customer need and shopper journey.Passion for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience.Good organizational skills and attention to detail in a rapidly evolving environment.Discipline in execution and follow‑up of campaigns to achieve desired results and work to tight deadlines.Experience
Minimum 5 years of trade marketing or category management experience.Experience in Nielsen Advisor / Retail Shelf Planner will be an advantage.Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage.Seniority Level
