Senior Manager, Investment

To lead the Investment, Corporate Planning & Research functions of I&AM.

Investment

• Lead the strategy formulation, deal structuring & evaluation, negotiation, and execution / management of Investment Proposal (including real estate investment, merger & acquisition, strategic partnership / joint venture, asset acquisition & monetization, new business opportunities, etc.)
• Drive business transactions that will bring significant positive business impact to I&AM, with ensuring the transactional aspects / due diligence e.g. relating to commercial, financial / financing, tax, legal, compliance and operational matters, etc. are well covered / addressed to optimize financial return & minimize the risks
• Lead the preparation of feasibility study / financial modelling of the Investment Proposal
• Lead the preparation of presentation deck / approval paper for the Investment Proposal (including but not limited to market research, deal structure, business case analysis, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, risk assessment, etc.)
• Provide advice & support in preparation as well as negotiation of commercial proposal with the prospects (particularly Ready-Built Warehouse and Built-to-Suit & Lease / Sale projects under Industrial & Logistic Development ("ILD"))
• Provide advice & support to each I&AM Business Unit ("BU")

Professional Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Investment, Real Estate and / or Strategy / Corporate Planning / Management Consulting.
