Role Description

  • Manage, configure, and support Oracle ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or similar).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing .
  • Develop and maintain customizations, enhancements, reports, and integrations using Oracle SQL / PLSQL and related tools.
  • Support ERP upgrades, patches, and migration projects , ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance , applying proactive improvements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions .
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems (E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and system support .
  • Solid understanding of Oracle SQL / PLSQL and database concepts.
  • Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and security requirements related to ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design technical solutions from business needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills , able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP upgrades, patching, or migration projects is an advantage.
