Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions and expert advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Consultant should have :

• Strong people skills and a willingness and interest in developing new relationships.
• Excellent work ethic and be goal oriented.
• Preferably those who have previous experience in recruitment, sales or similar professionals.
