Senior UX Designer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated Senior UX / UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the design team and product managers as well as cross-functional stakeholders, and collaborating with developers to help deliver our product goals.

You will be working across B2C (app and web) and B2B / partner-facing experiences and own end‑to‑end product design from discovery to delivery, shaping outcomes for millions of customers and our brand partners.

Responsibilities :

• Lead design for one or more product areas; drive work from problem framing through to shipped outcomes.
• Collaborate with design team and product managers to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine concepts.
• Translate insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Present work clearly and drive alignment.
